Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase of your hardware products from Hotel Wall Brackets, you may return the product to us for a full refund.

For Sales and Returns Support please telephone: +8428 3636 3836, or email: info@njscvietnam.com including your Sales order reference number, Name, Address, Contact Details and detailing the reason you wish to return the item.

Holders returned but must be uninstalled and undamaged.

Returns Policy is Valid for 30 Days from the date of Purchase, date you receive your item(s)

Hotel Wall Brackets are not liable for Postage costs should you wish to return an unwanted item that is not faulty.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you have any issues with the condition of any item you receive. We will arrange collection of damaged items and resend a new product at our cost if any damage has occurred during shipping.

Please note any returns over 30 days will incur a 25% re-stocking fee that will be applied based on the value of the returned items.

NOTE: Your tracking number should be emailed to us once sent.  We cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit.

Cancellation

Should you wish to cancel an order please ensure that you contact us Immediately as a delivery will normally be either same day or next day, there will be no charges made if cancellation is received before the items leaves us, should the item have already left, you will be offered a full refund less the Postage costs incurred.
